4/23/13 Still waiting for the weather in the Chicago area to feel like Spring. April showers to the extreme.

We are excited to announce that we are in the process of upgrading our bottling line. We are installing a completely automated, state of the art line capable of running 300 bottles per minute. Thing are moving along very quickly at this point. We have been working on this project for about 8 months. We will start receiving the first piece of equipment this week. We are planning on starting up the line June 3rd. We will post pictures as things progress. However, there is a lot of construction that is under way and will be happening. Therefore, we will not be able to give tours on the weekend of May 18th and 19th because of it. Sorry for the inconvenience but the tours will be even cooler after that.

Change is a good thing sometimes. It is time for to set ourselves apart from all the other Hop Juice beers out there and be the only one that is Hop Centric. With the growth of our brand, we have decided to rename Hop Juice to Hop Centric Double IPA once and for all. While we will brew the EXACT same recipe, we will further delineate it by packaging it in 12 ounce 6 packs moving forward. Also, Two Brothers Summer Festival is now the new name of the festival previously known as Hop Juice Festival. Two Brothers Summer Festival, a weekend long party to celebrate the release of Hop Centric Double IPA, will be bigger and better than ever. It will be held on June 21st, 22nd, & 23rd at the Two Brothers Roundhouse in Aurora. For more info about this charity festival, click here.

We are also taking reservations for Mother's Day Brunch May 12th from 10:00-2:30 at the Two Brothers Roundhouse. The massive spread includes over 50 items, from carving, pasta, and omelette stations to made to order eggs benedict to house smoked trout to amazing desserts, just to name a few. Call 630-264-2739
