Friday 10/26

The first trunk is waiting for us at 6:00am.

By 7:30am Gabe is starting to prep the second tank for unloading.

About 11:00am the second truck rolls in. The lauter tun is so big the truck had severe road restrictions and could only drive at certain times.

The riggers waste no time getting the lauter tun of the truck.

This is going to be close! As a matter of fact we made it in the door by about 1" side to side and top to bottom.

The 100 barrel fermenters are next.

Now for the hard work. Positioning the equipment took two full days. It all started with securing the grist case to a steel structure we had to install.

Brewer Eric takes a minute to model his new hat fashioned from our new colandria.

The final product!
